If I put as many of my apps onto my sd card(if app is compatible) will they automatically appear in my app popup after a factory reset

As long as you are running 2.2 they will reappear. It doesn't matter where you put them. The apps that you have installed are associated with your gmail account and the market will remember what you had.

Thank you for your response. I think with all the flash problems, I will reset my phone to see if it helps.
