fasinate backup problems

I recently purchased the fasinate.  All of my 363 contacts were copied from my palm centro to the fascinate.  The contact addresses, and the calendar appointments did not transfer.  I entered an address on my phone, have the sysc options set to copy contacts, gmail and calendar - 3 options available.  I can not see my calendar in "My verison" or in my gmail account.  I was told by verizon that they are there you just can't see them.  Anyone get around this problem.

 

Also, I entered an address in my phone and it still does not appear in my verison backup data.

 

Dissapointed that I cannot see my appointment schedule on my computer, and that my contact information is incomplete.

 

Anyone have a solution?

You may want to post this in the Fascinate area this is the Droid X area that really doesnt have very many users that have information on Fascinate..

I would recommend exporting your contacts and calendar entrees and importing them to Gmail. Once you have imported the files to Gmail, your device will synchronize the information wirelessly using the Gmail account.

Consider My Backup from market because it backs up the calendar information also.
