Took my wife's Droid to the local Verizon store for some help and they screwed it all up. None of the screens look the same and apps are missing, Marketplace, for example. How can I restore the screens to the way they were when we first got it? Wish there was something like iTunes to use to manage the phone.

depends what they did, for what you were complaining about.
if they did an ota upgrade for the os, that was available for the phone, no you can't roll it back.

No update - this happened 6 months ago. When I saw he didn't know any more than I did, I took it back and left. It just started losing apps. How can you manage your screens like you can with an iPhone? Why do apps disappear? How can you get marketplace back? No way to replace the missing apps without marketplace. I went back to an iPhone - easy to use and manage. These Droids, while very capable are not easy to manage.

excuse me but your op said you had gone to the verizon store & now you say this was 6 monthts ago?????
apps can disappear & other problems occur because of other apps not playing well together.
btw:
mine's been flawless on the gb & .621 update & easy to use.
