im a bit upset that there was no way to not install th is update
all you could do was postpone for 12 hours
its for my wifes phone, and she has no clue on the various os versions
she does know it looks different and is not happy
in the furture vzw. please allow updates to NOT be installed
this is why people like to do the r word and put custom on there
