does anybody out there have a solution for the following:
Droid X wiil pair with my g37 coupe
Droid X contacts downloaded to g37
When receiving or making a call, I can hear the person over the car hands free speaker BUT........
Nobody can hear ME!
AND on last thing, when a call comes in on the car hands free, the car audio speaker is supposed to over ride Droid X
ringer.........THATS NOT WORKING RIGHT EITHER!!!!!!!!
This Droid X is WAY to dangerous to even try using the Droid speaker phone to answer while driving.....
The way you have to "touch & slide" the lock icon on the Droid X screen requires to much "attention" while trying to drive my coupe, watch the road AND SHIFT GEARS WITH A 6 SPEED MANUAL TRANS!!!!!
The Verizon store in my town (Brea) promised me this issue would be fixed with the 2.2 upgrade and even told me (on August 5th) "the 2.2 upgrade is being delivered in groups of 10,000 upgrades at a time and I could expect mine that same week"......
What a load of CRAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!
All the new "gadgets" on the Droid X are great but for this girl they are virtually useless with NO HANDS FREE FOR THE INFINITI G37.
By the way, EVERY other cell phone including the LG ALLY (ANDROID SYSTEM) works fine with my g37.......three Droid x phones in the family and none work with my car.
I wish I had stayed with my LG choclate!!!!!
