My phone wont power on???

With all of the information that you have given us, I have no doubt that someone will be able to help you.

 

I assume that the battery is fully charged, you have hit the power button and absolutely nothing happens. Have you pulled the battery out and tried to reseat it?

 

If it is new(less than 14 days since you got it), bring it into a store and you should be able to get a new one.

 

If it is more thatn 14 days and less than 1yr since you got it, you should be able to get a warranty replacement by calling customer service as long as there is no physical damage to the phone(water, impact, etc...).

 

If it has been more than a yr, or you have physical damage, you should be able to get a warranty replacement if you have insurance coverage.

Thank you for the great suggestions. Jana414, are you still experiencing issues with your device? If so, follow the steps below:

 

- Remove the battery

- Place the battery back in

- Charge the device using a wall charger for about an hour

- Unplug the device and try to turn it on
