my phone was reset so how do i get my old contacts from backup assistant plus.  i did not have the cloud set up.

Are you sure the contacts are in the Backup Assistant Plus? It is my understanding that the Backup Assistant has been incorporated into the VZW Cloud.

Could the contacts be saved in your Gmail account instead?
