I had to have my daughters screen replaced..and I looked around at some options (do it yourself kits, local repair shops). I ended up looking on motorola site and went thru their service. It cost about $120 but I could track it all the way there and back. She had an old phone to use while that one was in being repaired. it came back good as new. They even replaced the battery pull tab and I didnt ask them to (didn't know they could). I think it took about a week.
