how to transfer contact/calendar information from storm to Incredible?

I just got my Incredible today and it's being charged, i read on charging then turn off the phone then do the same charge for two more times to fully charge the battery.

I need help with contact list transfer... what is the best way to do blckbrry storm contact list transfer to my Incredible?

is there other web for droid site where I can also read and get help to give updates and new apps?

black berry had crackberry.com, so what is the websites for Droid??

any good tips and apps to down load?

I think i'm going to be busy playing with my new phone during worktime today and over this weekend!

Please help and any good advice will be appreciated.

Hi. I hope you are enjoying your Incredible! It is a great phone and I am sure you will love it. The easiest way to sync your contacts is to activate your blackberry (you can do this by dialing *228 option 1 on your blackberry and dialing the same on the Incredible when you want to activate it back). You can then download the Google Sync Application to your blackberry. Check your Gmail account to make sure everything is loaded. When you activate your Droid back, your contacts will Sync to your Incredible.

Yes, there are several Android Forums and sites  that you can search for online.  There are several so you will be able to find one when you search online.

I would suggest you download an Application Killer.  That way it will stop applications that you are not using.  It will help you save battery.   We also have a My Verizon application in the App Market that will allow you to check minutes, make payments and check account balances directly from your phone.

What about the Backup Assistant ? If I install that on my Incredible will that pull my contact list and load it into my Incredible ? I searched for Google Sync in the App Center on my Storm and it wasnt there ?

I am in a similar situation and was told by Verizon that the back up assistant was all I would need to move over all my contacts from the Storm to the new Incredible. My G-mail contacts are not the same as on my Storm. Can I transfer all the contacts in Gmail from verizon backup assistant?

dave....google android forums. there are a bunch out there....some are better than others. also, research app killers before you start killing all of your apps. while they can be useful (and i do use advanced task killer), you need to know HOW to use them properly so you don't kill apps that really need to be running. and check the "apps" section of the forum, under "droid." tons of great threads on different apps.!!!!!
