incredible email sync update probelm

We have our company email syned through exchange and there are two of us that have "incredibles".  On sunday both of our phones started doing continuous updates and our the batteries in both phones went dead in a very short time - couple of hours. No one else has this problem.  It continued to do this and so we were forced to go to manual updates. I spoke with our tec guy and he says that there were no changes to our system so it must be something with Verizon -  anyone have a similar issue.

Hi.  I understand you are having issues with your Incredible and I can certainly look into this for you.   I do see that you stated your battery went dead when your phone was updating.   When you did the manual updates, did it say it was finish updating?  Was this an update for an application or was it for the Incredible?
