So I was poking through the Samsung opensource file for the Droid Charge and I noticed there was a folder called iptables in platform/external. Last I remembered Android didn't have any kind of firewall installed. So I popped open my Droid Charge and WoW. iptables -h shows information about iptables. Does this mean the Samsung Kernel has netfilter built in? Is there a firewall that Samsung uses iptables for in the Droid Charge? Does anyone who hangs out on these forums know this?
