is the Charge missing a hole for cell phone straps? (yes, as in Hello Kitty cell phone straps)

my previous phone, the Fascinate, had a hole for this purpose, but for some reason I cannot

find it on the Charge.

The VZW rep told me that the Charge is a phone made for Americans in the US market, so

Samsung left out the hole.... seriously?  :smileysad:

Sorry, premature post! The text is from a page in the owner's manual, showing the left side of the phone. There is a hole at the top left side that Samsung says is for a strap holder. DK is Hello Kitty straps are compatible, but there you have it!

Left side of device above the volume rocker is the hole for a strap. Pull off the back cover to install and get a better view of how it works.

FYI, the shell/holster case from VZW has a hole allowing a strap to pass through the shell to the receiving hole.
