My phone had a really weak signal strength and couldn't connect to wifi, so I tried to restart it. Now it'll just cycle through turning on till the one black screen with the thing that kind of looks like an eye, and then it will turn back off and try again. Please help me!

Lets get your phone working again! What make/model do you have? Is it still within the 12 month manufacture's warranty timeframe or do you have insurance coverage?
