recently my keyboard disappears in landscape orientation,,,can't type anything with no keys to see,,i do have the keyboard when the phone is vertical, but the keys are too small for me to use that way,,
Sorry for the trouble you're having. I personally contacted the manufacturer (HTC), and learned that since your keyboard is not displaying in landscape mode (as opposed to simply not rotating), there are a couple of things we can try. First:
- Tap Menu>Settings>Apps>Manage Apps> Choose Touch Input >Clear Data>Force Stop.
If this does not resolve the matter, please perform a factory reset. Please be sure to backup important data you have on the phone before taking these steps:
- Tap Menu>Settings>SD&Phone Storage>Factory Data Reset>Reset Phone>Erase Everything
When your phone reboots and you log into your Gmail account, the apps you had will be restored.
In the event this does not resolve the matter, your phone may be in need of replacement.
