I cant remember my google name and password and am locked out of my phone what do i do now

Take the phone to your local corporate Verizon store and the tech there will help you.

The only solution, when you are locked out, is to take it to your local VZW store. They should have the PUK which they can use to unlock it. Once it is unlocked, I suggest you put in a user name and password that is easy to remember. Good luck to both of you.

Hi LAKinzer,

Hopefully your phone is unlocked by now.  If not you can also go to Google>Gmail>Forgot Username or Password> You will be prompted to enter an alternate email address to validate your account.  I hope this information is helpful.  Please let me know if you need additional assistance.
