You can transfer the pics from your old SD card to your computer and transfer the picture from your computer to your new SD card.

if your computer have a card reader, place old card in reader and then connect phone to pc and then copy from one too other, or copy old to pc hard drive and then place new one from phone in reader and then copy items into the new card
