The steps we are providing may resolve the issues that are outlined in your post. Power off the device and remove the battery, after 1 minute place the battery back in the device and power on the phone. When the device is turned back on follow the steps below to clear the temporary files:

1. From the home screen, touch the applications tab (located at the bottom of the display).

2. Touch Browser.

3. Touch Menu.

4. Touch More.

5. Touch Settings.

6. From the Privacy settings section, touch Clear cache.

7. Touch OK.

8. From the Privacy settings section, touch Clear all cookie data.

9Touch OK.

10. From the Privacy settings section, touch Clear form data.

11. Touch OK.

Once all of these items are deleted, lets try to delete the music from your Droid X:

1. From the home screen, touch the applications tab

2. Touch Music.

3. Touch Artists, Albums, or Song.

4. Touch and hold an Artist, Album, or Song.

5. Touch Delete

Thank you,
