my phone gets service when it wants too

ever since last friday my phone started getting service when it wants too. When this happens its only for like a minute or two than goes back to no service. Even sitting in the same spot like at home. Factory reset... Nothing.. Ugh

I'd be happy to get you on your way to a resolution. It sounds like you may be having an issue with your towers. A few questions that I have for you:

1) Do any other devices in the area have the problem?

2) Does this happen outside of your home area?

3) If it's only in your home area, does this mainly happen indoors, or is this outside too?
