no sound in V Cast Tones

i downloaded V Cast Tones & went to look through the ringtones.  when i wanted to listen to it before buying them i couldn't hear it being played. is there some setting i am missing? my media volume is all the way up. HELP! lol

Power the device off, and back on, then make sure you have the most updated version of V Cast Tones.

Make sure the media player volume is up on the device as well. Open the Media player application and turn the volume up.

Android Devices with Marketplace.

If not preloaded and found on the main menu, the application can be located in the Android Marketplace. Follow the steps outlined below to download:

Select the Marketplace icon on the device.

Once Marketplace is opened, select the Verizon tab.

Select the V CAST Tones application.

Select Install.

Result: The application will download from the Marketplace.

Once installed, launch the application from the home screen of the device.
