paid my bill now my phone stopped working.

very unhappy. paid my bill and now my incredible 2 just stated restarting and now gives me red triangle and nothing more. 

looked everywhere for support and nothing. maybe somebody can help.

Try Hard Resetting...

1. Remove then re-insert the battery.
2. Press and hold the Power button+Volume down key simultaneously until the HBOOT screen appears then release.
   
3. Select FACTORY RESET.
   Utilize the Volume up / down keys to highlight and the Power button to select.
   Allow several minutes for the process to complete.
   
   
4. Refer to Initial Activation and Setup.
