I just switched from Blackberry to a droid - HTC Incredible2. My issue is I am unable to receive email on my personal email account but I can send. My gmail works fine. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks.
I suggest you check you account settings because it is usual not to send on some email servers but I havent seen recieving being a issue unless its a setting... Do you get any errors when you attempt to download emails?
I've checked my settings and all seems ok. No errors either. As far as the phone is concerned all is well. When I set up the account it goes through the motions and sets up the account. I'm stumped.
