phone promo...real or not real?

My husband and I both received recorded phone messages from "Verizon" saying that if we logged into my verizon 60 we would receive $60 off our next bill.  Has anyone else received this phone call and is this real or a scam?  I tried to log into the wesite and either i have it wrong or it doesn't exist.

I got the same message via a phone at 12:29 am this morning!  Thought it was weird I didn't get an email.  It came from phone number 303-731-3432.  Did a search on the number...somewhere in Aurora, Colorado.
