phone radomly shuts off. On replacement number 3. 4th one is in the mail. This phone shuts down very frequently and verizon keeps sending me the same model of phone. I have had the battery tested, replaced the SD card and still same issue. Obviously the HTC Incredible replacement phones have software issues but Verizon doesnt want to admit that this phone has problems. I am getting so frustrated that this phone is not reliable and I spend so much money for my plan. I am not currently under a contract and I dont want to be because I dont want to lose my unlimited data. Apparently that is what Verizon wants me to do. I am so tempting to change companies.. The replacement phone will be here in 2 days. I have been a Verizon customer for many years and this has been the worst service I have ever had.

The phone shuts off and does not restart until we turn back on. The first Tech guy said try leaving the SD card out. that didnt work. I called Friday because the "new" one that was sent does the same thing. When I called Verizon again they told me all they can do is keep sending the same phone to me.. that doesnt fix the problem of the phone because obviously there is a problem with the phone itself. Not happy with Verizon right now.. not sure what will be next move.
I am having the same problem with my Droid Incredible 4G LTE. Most times when I reboot the phone, it shuts down again before I can even make a call, very frustrating. It has become very unreliable, what is the purpose of a cell phone if you can't call out or receive a call when you need to!
