phone rebooting/roaming icon

The past couple months my phone has been rebooting. I even did a factory reset a couple weeks ago and it seemed to be fine but now it's acting up again, but this time I end up with the roaming icon. And when the device starting buzzing I came here to seek help. I don't want to get stuck with roaming charges and Im tired of the rebooting, and the buzzing I hope that doesn't happen again... any help?

Hi.

Did you recently travel our of your home calling area?  You can try to pull the battery for about 10 seconds, and start back up.  When you are back on the main screen, dial *228 [send], select option 1.  Once the programming is completed, select [end] like you are completing a call.  This may help.  If you still need additional assistance, please send me a Private Message and I will be happy to personally assist you.
