Just switched from iPhone. Can't send or receive pictures to/from any contact

demingtech19, congratulations on your upgrade to a new device! Did you disable iMessaging on your old iPohne in Settings>Messages ?

You will also need to deregister your Apple account to send/recieve text messages to other iPhone mobile numbers. https://selfsolve.apple.com/deregister-imessage
