problem after factory restore

My phone won't dial out or connect to 3G after a factory restore. I was having problems before. I would try to check email and it said the program wasn't on the phone anymore or something to that effect. I did a restore and now the apps all are available. The phone shows a triangle over the service bars. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

Hello billdeemer,

 

I hope your device is up and running.  If Axised's suggestion did not assist, I would like to suggest a few things to attempt.  Try navigating to Settings>Wireless & Networks>Mobile Network>Check Data Roaming.  Go back to Settings>Wireless & Networks>Make sure there is a green check mark and it says connected.  If it does not say connected try to un-check and re-check and power cycle.  If this does not assist you please attempt another another factory reset and re-program the device when prompted or by dialing *228 send option 1.  Please let me know if you need further assistance.  Thank you.
