I am getting an error when i want to install a app on my phone. I click on Play store, then select my app, click on install, then it says error. Authentication is required. You need to sign into your Google Account. First is i don't remember how to sign into my Google account and second is i don't even remember my password. Is there a way i can reset my password. Can someone tell me how to sign into my Google account? Thank you in advance.
Hello Talb, Let's get you downloading again! You can go to http://www.gmail.com and follow the prompts to reset your Google password. To setup a Google account on the phone, press Menu> Settings>Accounts & sync>Add Account. Please keep me updated on the status as I would be happy to help further if needed.
