I have searched the forum and might have missed this. If I receive an email with a picture attached, I used to click on the "get additional information" bar to download the info, then click on the paper clip to view the picture, and then had an option to save it in the phone memory or SD card.
Now when I click on "get additional.." and click on the paper clip I get a file named winmail.dat. My only option is to save it to either location, but it is not a picture format and does not show up anywhere.
What am I missing? Thanks

That's a strange one because the internal memory isn't accessable to you.. So if you save it there how can you backup photos if you want to keep the images because when you hard reset you usually wipe the internal memory and lose all stored there.... Have you checked to make sure you are not having issues with your sd card?
