I don't get it... I try to download an application for my DROID BIONIC but it just says "Download size require" Can someone help me? Also should I change to a RAZR?

It's the "Data Saver" that's giving you that message.
Go to Settings - Battery and Data Manager - Data Saver
And uncheck "Data Saver".
That will allow you to download files from the Marketplace when you're NOT on a wireless connection.
(I normally keep Data Saver enabled, then uncheck it when there's something I want to download.)
