"Google Talk failed to login" message after EVERY phone call I make

I have a non-rooted, all latest updates installed phone and I get the following error message on my phone after every time I make a phone call. 

 

Google Talk Authentication Failed

Authentication Error

 

Google Talk failed to login.  If this is a Google Apps account, confirm that Chat service is enabled for this account.

 

I don't use Google Talk online, nor have it installed on my phone.  How do I get this error message to stop popping up after each phone call I place?
