I'm not sure why I cannot set up the exchange server for emails. Additional service from Verizon, i.e.., "corporate email", needs to be purchased?
When purchasing Droid Bionic, I did not see anything like "corporate email" was listed as an option. (You can just select the phone and select the "2GB data bundle with personal email" data plan.)

Hello there feiafei! I see that you're interested in setting up your Bionic to sync with an exchange server. We would consider that a privately owned and maintained server, and as such would require Corporate Email data feature. If you're interested, you can change your data plan through Customer Care at 800-922-0204, or you can send me a personal message with your mobile number and name and I'll contact you to process the change request in person!

In the Fall 2011 Verizon Wireless "Business Guide" you can find information about corporate sync options. It is available as an add-on to the $30 2GB data plan for $15 per month. There are also other ways to configure your plan so that this functionality is included. I would suggest contacting VZW customer service to discuss options.
