"generic network error "....Pic message

ok so i have contacted HTC and VZW and the HTC guy said that he'd open a ticket about it cuz he had never herd of this issue

but even though over at Phandroids fourms ppl have said they have contacted both of them as well..Basally i cant send pic messages even if i have the camera set to the lowest mega bites 

i get a message saying "generic network error retrying " i can only send pics to certin ppl but no t-mobile at&t metro sprint or vzw 

i can only send them to a few ppl on vzw and t mobile what gives ?

so if anybody knows a way of getting around it or fixing it let me know ppl get a blank mms message

and i use handcent but i have tryed with the normal Stock messeging app and the same occurs

oh and ps* hard restes dont work ive had 3 inc so far already all with the same prob

I would look at your account plan and check your phones features. Maybe you have some blocks setup on your phone capabilities.

i have unlimited messaging and data so i dont  think  multi media messaging would be turned off
