"speed dial"

New user dumb question #3:    My old (not-so-smart) phone had a speed dial...all I needed to do was flip it open and hit a single digit and send.   Is there any way to put a shortcut on the main screen of the Droid X that would dial a frequently called number...there's only two or three numbers I access very frequently during the day.

You can also setup the speed keys on the phone dialer by

1. Opening phone

2. Press left menu button

3. Speed Dialer Setup

4. Click number and add contact info  from list

Then all you have to do when you open phone is press and hold a number and away you go :smileyhappy:

Yes I know... But I use fullscreen caller id so my images are loaded from this app for me to have high quality fullscreen images when calls are coming in.
