I would like to import music to my bionic then use one or more as custom ringtones can this be done w/o a phd. help

Yes, just put copies of the mp3s in the appropriate folder on your phone's internal memory, i.e.,

Alarms - if you want to use them for alarms

Notifications - if you want to use them for notifications (i.e., text message alerts)

Ringtones - if you want to use them for ringtones
