The speaker is on for my incoming and outgoing calls on my droid incredible 2. This started the end of December. I can't find where to turn off the default. Help.
I would suggest checking the settings in the "Phone" app. You can also try to see if your "in-call" volume is set to max so that it sounds like it is on speaker.
