My phone keeps telling me that my "text memory is full" even though I have deleted all the threads. Any suggestions?

Battery pull...then a factory reset... I know it sucks to do it, but I resolves a lot of issues.
I turn my phone off about once a week to keep it fresh.

Thanks Cobjones, for suggesting the battery pull. I hope that works for you.

Is this the standard reply. If you have to remove your battery and factory reset there is something wrong. I have had the D1. Since Feb 2010 and never had to do a factory reset. If you have to fan gory reset you did something to an app setting or a setting for the phone. Do not mess with the settings on a phone unless you have an idea of what's what.

@cobjones...Do you leave it off for a while or just a quick off & back on? How about doing a control+Alt+Delete? Or is it basically the samthing? Every so often when my phones doing something funky, I do the Control+Alt+Delete.

You need to keep the battery out for about 30 seconds. This is basically a restart in computer terms.
A factory reset is what it sounds like, but it keeps icons and apps now.
