Hi, I'm trying to send pics to Mac. When I connect via USB I'm told ' disk you inserted is not readable. Ignore or eject". When I transfer via bluetooth things seem to work in sense that says my computer is getting them. However can't find them using the usual ways thru finder.
Please help!!!!
when you hook the USB into the Mac, choose "disk drive" option of course. When the error comes up, just click "ignore". It should mount the phone and any SD card you have installed as separate drives at this time.
Then you just need to open the drives like a normal folder and find the DCIM folder (either on the phone or SD card) that you have defaulted for your pictures to go when you take them.

oh yeah, I forgot, when you find the proper folder, just click and drag the pictures to your desktop or into whatever folder you have made on your Mac.
