trying to upgrade to droid? HELP!

at the risk of sounding incompetent, I'm trying to upgrade my phone to the new droid and can't seem to find it. I'm signed into my account and then clicking on upgrade phone.....from there I can't seem to find the new droid??? Once I click on upgrade phone the droid isn't an option under any of the lists? Anyone? Please?

You're not the only one, the phone is listed online to purchase for a new plan, but not as an upgrade. **bleep** is going on?

i was able to upgrade mine took a little to show up and while for pages to load but it went through
what you need to try to do which will most likely work is clear out your internet files cache,cookies all that good stuff and you should see it after that

I will try clearing all that stuff...thank you. Atleast I'm not the only one having issues. I found the same problem listed below, the phone says its available if I was a new customer. All those pages fly through nice and easy, but when I sign in and click upgrade I get nothing.

Seriously.
There must be thousands of people trying to upgrade on the website right now. Go to sleep people, order in the morning and stop wasting your time. There will be plenty of stock. It's not like it's going to ship out at 4 in the morning and get there any sooner. If you don't pick saturday shipping you won't get it until Monday anyway.
Everyone is making matters worse by hitting refresh every 5 seconds or trying to log in constantly.
VZW is not going to screw anyone over and now allow people to upgrade. That's ridiculous. Gah.

no you dont have to change your plan first when you see the phone you add to card then the next screen is where you add data

and yes the site has been updated but the site is overloaded so there are problems for quite a bit of people..i was able to upgrade after 20 min of waiting

its not a new every 2 but it is for current customers it was a 2 year contract renewel through my account im not a new customer

Right. You order the phone and then get the data plan. You can't add the data plan before getting the phone. You can't have any pudding if you don't eat your meat!!!
Seriously people. Chill out. If you order it today you're not getting it until Monday. Getting it in a store DOES NOT forfeit your NE2 credit. It's the SAME PRICE!
