i have been struggling with getting a replacement for my htc. its under warantee but verizon tech support and customer service has been a disaster in replacing it with a working model. I doubt I will ever renew with them given this experience.

We definitely honor the manufacture's warranty for the 1 year time frame, and if you have extended warranty, we will still honor it! I'm not sure what happened, but I will be delighted to see what I can do for you.
What exactly is happening? Is there any signs of liquid or physical damage?

The phone IS under waranty. I am now on phone number 5 since August 27.
I have had so many ridiculous issues with the phone. All have been
documented on my account.
I have ZERO intention to repeat them here.
