Can someone please give me step by step directions to upload my video to my PC? Thank you, from this little old lady
Thanks for posting. Below are the following steps to transfer videos from your phone to your pc. Thank you.
From Phone
Connect the device to the computer with the USB cable.
From a home screen on the device, select Menu > Notifications.
Select Disk drive then select Done.
From PC
From File Explorer / Finder on the computer, create a new video folder in Libraries / Videos (Movies, My Videos) folder.
Use the computer to copy video files into the newly created folder.
To further organize files, create a subfolder in the newly created video folder and copy desired video files into it.
Once you are finished do this from the phone
From a home screen on the device, select Menu > Notifications.
Select Charge only then select Done.
Disconnect the USB cable from the computer.
Start a new topic or ask questions in the open forum.
