I have 2 files in my "Camera Roll Gallery" that will not play, edit or delete. I cant find the file when I am browsing the files on my phone. It only shows up when I look in the photo Gallery, then in Camera Roll.
Anyone know how i can get these to go away?????
Clear Cache at Settings > Applications > Manage Applications > All Tab > Media Storage > Clear Data,,, Reboot and open Gallery and system will update list..
They might have slipped into your camera memory instead of the SD card, where they should be. Have you tried tapping on the menu key, chose select all, and checked the videos you want to delete. Next tap on the menu key again and tap on delete.
mortb that can be a little dangerous to do regularly because if the file is attached to a instaled app this can cause the app to crash... NOVA first shooting games has videos that play between missions and I did this once and this made the game stop loading and I had to reinstall the app all over again.
I now verify the files locations first and if it is a app file I place a .nomedia file in directory to hide the files from the gallery.
