When I am driving, I am unable to use voice command, which is the only time I need it. Once I turn off the engine, it works, why?

Hello! This is Noah with Verizon Wireless, hope you are having a great day. It appears as if the sound of the engine is drowning out the sound of your voice when you attempt to use voice command. Lets try three things to correct this issue.
First, could I get you to make sure the media volume is on high.
From the main screen, touch menu tab
Touch Settings
Touch Sound
Touch Media Volume to adjust volume controls
Second, could I get you to position the phones microphone closer to your line of speech and in a different area of the car if possible.
Third, try closing down media related apps running in the background that you are not using, and make sure that you are projecting your speech towards the phone or microphone to ensure good voice quality.
