The voicemail icon disappeared from Applications and on the front of the phone, it says application not installed on the phone, but I can access it by dialing *86. How can I get the icon back?

Start at your Home screen and do a long press (hold you finger on the screen a few seconds). When the "Add to Home Screen" list of items comes up touch Shortcuts. Then touch Applications and wait 10-15 seconds. Then Go down the list of applications to Voice Mail and touch it. You should now have the Voice Mail shortcut back on your Home Screen.
