phone will not connect to a paired device. Reset and works for a day or so then will not connect.

That is a helpful assessment. Can you test the Ultra in Safe Mode to see if yor bluetooth is able to connect and stay connected? These are the Safe Mode steps http://spr.ly/6589Bfhv7.
Safe Mode puts your phone in a diagnostic state (returned to default settings) so you can determine if a third party app is causing your device to freeze/reset/run slow.

That is most concerning lentx. I'd be just as confuzzled with an experience like this. What device are you connecting with your Droid Ultra? Is it by bluetooth?

I only have 2 Bluetooth devices, a Motorola HX550 headset and my car through HandsFreeLink R on a Honda Accord. It seems like an app or program turns off the Bluetooth ability to connect automatically.
