i bought the droid a855 on ebay and i did a hard reset and now it just goes to the main screen with the droid guy and says i need to activate my phone.... ive done it a few times and it wont work, just goes back to that same main screen.. anyone know what the issue might be? it says the phone was activated successfully
Did you make sure the MEID was clean and it wasn't reported lost or stolen? You should be able to bypass the activation screen by touching top left, top right, bottom right, bottom left on the screen
yeah i called verizon and made sure.. i bypassed it like you said and tried reprogramming now just waiting to see if it works..
weird, welll it says its programmed but it doesnt connect to the service ??
When I had the OG Droid, I had the same issue with mine after doing a factory reset and ended up having to get a warranty replacement because it wouldn't show network connection. Believe the warranty is voided if you get it third party from somewhere like ebay though so not sure how that would work if you called for support.

having the same problem, only phone/text works, under phone status, service state is in service, but mobile network state is disconnected
