Lilbaby, let's do some troubleshooting before you get rid of your phone. Are you receiving an error message when connecting to wifi or is it not showing your router at all? Have you tried connecting to other Wifi locations with your Charge? If you've connected before, tap and hold the connection and choose Forget to setup again.
