Oh you got to love how customer service tell's me,nothing they can do The 1 yrs warrenty is over. Wait I signed a 2yr contract. One year three months and phone shuts off when you plug charger in it. Motorola did upgrades and since then phone hasn't been right,and verizon knows this and isn't doing a thing. So verizon agent says I have to purchase new phone at full price. Umm no, not when its the fault of the upgrades. So when phone battery dies and I don't have cell phone to use, I'm not paying for service on a phone that's dead. If anyone else is having a problem just be ware they do know but there only solution is to buy new cell. So glad I've been loyal customer to get treated like crap.
