Same problem here.
Won't download pictures when on Wifi.
Will download when over cellular.
This is a pretty serious bug if you ask me!!!
Same issue. Droid razor m, 4.4.2 here. If someone sends a picture message when I have WiFi enabled it doesn't ever download. If I turn WiFi off shortly after hearing the notification it will slowly get there. Media messages that are a day old dissapear completely from the conversation and are lost so the 4g flip doesn't help unless timely. Annoying as most users would prefer to save their data when sitting in their own house.
