I've had my turbo 2 for over a year and the mic has never worked, and I've been following threads from other people with the same problem. The only way people can hear me is by either using speakerphone or a Bluetooth headset. I recently had a new microphone installed on my phone with no luck. Other people have turned their phones in for warranty only to get another after another phone that doesn't work. The forum threads have gone cold with no solution, I have tried disabling advanced calling and background noise cancelation with no luck. Has anyone found the solution?
I would love to hear an answer for this. My comes and goes for no reason. I have tried different things with no resolve.
