Anyone having trouble with their verizon service this evening?

Suddenly, we can't make or receive calls with our Razr's.  Tried to do a hard reboot but can't do that either.  All other functions seem to be working fine.  Is there a verizon issue this evening we're not aware of?  This is very frustrating.

I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with making calls on your device. We certainly want you to always have service. What zip are you having trouble in? Also do you get an error message when trying to make a call or to do the hard reboot? Please fill us in so we can take the best steps to resolve this.
